Last updated: May 2026. Oshada Bag Center (“we”, “us”) ships orders placed via WhatsApp, phone, or other channels we confirm in writing.

Processing time

After payment is confirmed, in-stock items are typically packed within 1–2 business days. Made-to-order or customised items may require additional lead time; we will state an estimated ready date when you place the order.

Domestic delivery (Sri Lanka)

We ship to addresses within Sri Lanka using trusted courier partners or registered post, depending on your location and parcel size. Rural or remote areas may need an extra day or two in transit.

Exact timelines can vary during peak seasons, holidays, or severe weather. We will share a tracking or reference number when one is available from the carrier.

Shipping fees

Delivery charges depend on weight, dimensions, and destination. Fees are quoted before your order is finalised (usually on WhatsApp or by phone) so you can approve the total including shipping.

Pickup

You may arrange collection from our Bibile location (Oshada Bag Centre, opposite H.N.B., Bibile) by appointment. Please confirm a pickup time with us after your order is ready.

Packaging

Products are packed to protect leather, hardware, and waterproof items in transit. If you receive outer packaging that appears badly crushed or tampered with, note it with the courier where possible and contact us right away.

Incorrect or incomplete address

Please double-check the delivery name, phone number, and address you provide. If a parcel is returned due to an error in the details supplied by the customer, additional postage may apply for re-shipment.

Damaged or missing items

Inspect your order on delivery when you can. If something arrives damaged or an item is missing, message us on WhatsApp or call within 48 hours of receipt with photos of the packaging and product so we can help.

International shipping

International delivery is not assumed for every product. If you are outside Sri Lanka, contact us first; we will advise whether we can ship to your country and any customs or import responsibilities that may apply on your side.
